一、設定:不必拿起話筒→按「全轉接」→輸入「449125」(設定成功時,電話機畫面顯示轉接至449125)。
To Set Up: No need to lift the handset → Press "Call Forward All" → Enter "449125" (when the setup is successful, the phone screen will display forwarding to 449125).
二、取消設定方式:不必拿起話筒→按「轉播關閉」(設定成功時,電話機畫面顯示自己分機號碼)。
To Cancel the Setup: No need to lift the handset → Press "Forwarding Off" (when the setup is successful, the phone screen will display your own extension number).

The digital desk phone is preset to dial 'internal extensions, mobile phones, landlines, and domestic long-distance calls,' while CISCO JABBER is preset to dial 'internal extensions.

Q4:校外人士撥打原中華電信號碼是否能自動轉接至新電話,或透過語音告知已使用新的電話系統及新的電話號碼? Can external callers dial the original Chunghwa Telecom number and
have it automatically forwarded to the new phone, or will they be informed via a voice message that a new phone system and new phone number are being used?
A4:本校總機系統建置案由遠傳公司得標,自107年6月1日起轉換為該公司建置之數位總機系統,原中華電信系統亦於同日停話,因分屬兩個公司的兩個電話系統,所以沒有轉接或語音告知的功能。
若要保留告知功能,則必須保留原系統話機,唯須支付2個系統的話費。經調查,部分單位因有招生需求或過渡期之中華電信門號或總機申請保留,其餘均已停用。
The university's switchboard system project was awarded to FarEasTone Telecommunications. Starting from June 1, 2018, the system was converted to the digital switchboard system built by that
company, and the original Chunghwa Telecom system was discontinued on the same day. As the two systems belong to different companies, there is no forwarding or voice notification feature.
To retain the notification function, the original system's phone must be kept, but this requires paying for both systems' phone charges. According to the investigation, some departments have kept the
Chunghwa Telecom numbers or switchboard for enrollment purposes or during the transition period, while the rest have been deactivated.
