Q1: Could I receive payment form from university?

A1: No, please download on the payment tuition section of the eBank website of Bank of Taiwan and print out it. (Homepage of NDHU> quick links> tuition section> payment tuition section of ebank website of Bank of Taiwan> log in and print out payment form or proof of payment) If it is inconvenient for you to print payment form, it is welcome to contact cashier section then we will send payment form to you.

Q2: When is the payment form of tuition, credit fee and accommodation fee available on the website? How to do when I can’t look up my payment form on the website?

A2: Please pay the tuition fees before the date of classes begins. The payment form is available to download at the time of about Aug end in Fall semester and Jan end in Spring semester. Please search for the “year calendar” on the website of office of academic affairs and the standard of tuition fees for each department on the website of enrollment section. If you have problems of payment information or fees, you would contact cashier section of Office of general affairs (Tel: 03-8906364). Besides, the accommodation fee is charged per semester. The annual fee of student council is optional fee and not related to process of registration, so you can choose whether you pay it or not.

Q3: When is the payment due?

A3: The due date will be put down on “note section” and pay the payment within appointed date. If it is difficult for you to afford to the payment, we advise you consider government student loan or applying for installment by project petition. Oversea Chinese and international students can contact with international section of Office of International Affairs and ask clerks how to apply for installment.

Q4: Where can I pay the payment? What can I do if it is over the due date?

A4: The Payment can be paid by paying on the counter of Post Office or Convenience Store, transferring by ATM or using online or voice authorization to pay by credit card. Please check all paying ways on payment form or register information. Transferring by ATM(inter-bank) or paying payment in convenience stores is charged to fees and the fee by credit card is different in every bank, so you should contact with issuing bank for checking the fee. You can’t pay money by bank like counter, credit card, and convenience store if the payment form is overdue, you could pay at cashier section with payment form.

Q5: What can I do when I find the accommodation fee on payment form is wrong?

A5: Please contact the person in charge of dormitory of section of student assistance of office of student affairs and check the information of accommodation. After the case officer informs us and we correct the payment form, then you can download the correct payment on the website.

Q6: How to apply for government student loan?

A6: Please print out tuition and accommodation payment form first if the students want to apply for government student loan and postpone paying the payment. How to apply for government student loan is according the loan process that is posted on the website of section of student assistance or contacting with case officer of section of student assistance of office of student affairs.

Q7: How to apply for tuition fees exemption?

A7: The awardees who apply for tuition fees exemption last semester pay fees with exempted payment form within appointed date. More information could check on https://rb005.ndhu.edu.tw/p/404-1005-5185.php or contact with case officer of section of student assistance of office of student affairs.

Q8: Would I need to pay payment if I want to apply for temporary suspension?

A8: The regulation is that “Students that apply for temporary suspension or withdrawal before registration day (including) do not have to pay fees or tuition.” according to the “College Student Temporary Suspension or Withdrawal Refund Regulations.” Applying for suspension or withdrawal checks　https://aa.ndhu.edu.tw/files/14-1006-14889,r1065-1.php?Lang=zh-tw Please notice the date for applying for temporary suspension in order to take into account the proportion of interests of refund.

Q9: How to get proof of payment when paying by transferring by ATM or using online or voice authorization to pay by credit card?

A9: After you paid the payment and were cancelled the debt( paying by convenience store, credit card and post office about 5-7 days), you can download the proof on the payment tuition section of ebank website of Bank of Taiwan.( https://school.bot.com.tw/twbank.net/index.aspx) The proof of payment can be used to itemize Educational Tuition, rent, and Insurance Premium expenses when you file income tax and as a normal proof of payment.
