Explanation of the Partial Streetlight Outage on Campus on November 4th

**1. Cause:**
The failure of the circuit breaker in the No. 4 power supply of the No. 5 streetlight control box. Emergency repairs were conducted, and although the circuit breaker was replaced, power restoration was unsuccessful. As a result, the lights could not be restored today (November 4).

**2. Affected Areas:**
The outage affects parts of Fanghua Road and Pinghe Road (from the Activity Center to the College of Education and the Humanities and Social Sciences Path, including the Small Green Path). During this period, lighting in the affected sections will be insufficient. Please proceed with caution, slow down, or take alternative routes. Repairs will continue tomorrow (November 5). We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

**Sincerely,**
General Affairs Office, Building Maintenance Section
