國立東華大學107年標售自行車程序
一、拍賣時間：107年03月30日(星期五)下午13時30分至16時止
二、地點：東區宿舍外環道倉庫無主車輛臨時保管場
三、執行單位：總務處事務組
會辦單位：學務處、總務處出納組
四、拍賣標的物：自行車（計2148輛）
五、拍賣程序：
1.參加人員：本校教職員工生（請攜帶證明文件），每人標購數量不限。
2.違規車輛臨時保管場於拍賣日下午1300時開放，供意者進場挑選後，自行牽出屬意車輛編號，逐輛競價。
3.拍賣車每輛由挑選者自訂底價（最低100元），逐次加價，每次加價至少50元，由出價最高者獲得購買權。
4.具有購買權人憑拍賣執行單位所開立之三聯式單據，現場繳款後，持收據按編號當場領車，單據開立後，不得任意放棄購買權。
5.所有拍賣車輛限於當日16時10分前繳款完成領車程序，執行單位不負保管責任。
6.自行車如需在校內使用者，請於現場或至行政大樓事務組申請自行車識別證。
7.本規則未定事宜由相關人員現場共同研議後訂之。

NDHU Bicycle Auction
Date: 2017.03.30 (Friday) 13:30pm ~ 16:00pm
Location: East Warehouse of NDHU campus (see map below)
Item: 2148 used bicycles
Procedure:
1. Bring your own Student ID card or Certificate.
2. The Bicycle Park will open from 13:00. You may select any bicycle you like. You may select as many bicycles as you want.
3. The auction starts from 13:30. "Each bicycle must go thru the auction process".
4. The Bid starts from $100 NTD, and goes up by $50 increments: $150, $200, etc. The leader will sell the bike to the highest bidder.
5. All bidden bicycles must be paid and picked-up by 16:10pm.
6. The person who is handing the receipt which is opened by the executive unit of auction, please pay it on the spot. Bring along your transaction records and get the bicycle according to the number on your receipt. Giving up your right of purchase is not allowed once the receipt is opened.
7. All sold bicycles must APPLY NEW STICKERS at Admin Building. (This is important -- otherwise, you may be responsible for old owner's garbage)
If you need a bicycle, this is a good opportunity to buy.
