登入本校車輛管理系統Vehicle Management System申請線上繳款，或至總務處事務組行政大樓1樓103、107室列印繳款單並於出納組/台企銀繳費。線上繳費教學說明請下載附件。

方式2：愛校服務時數抵銷

登入本校車輛管理系統Vehicle Management System列印愛校服務單，並於校內單位完成愛校服務後，蓋章送至事務組。愛校服務時數依規定每服務50分鐘折抵新臺幣100元。

1. What are the methods to clear the violation handling fee?

Method 1: Payment of the Violation Handling Fee
Log in to the university's vehicle management system to apply for online payment, or visit the General Affairs Office, Administrative Building, 1st floor, Rooms 103 and 107 to print the payment slip and pay at the Cashier Section/Taiwan Cooperative Bank. Instructions for online payment can be found in the attached guide.

Method 2: Offset with School Service Hours
Log in to the university's vehicle management system to print the School Service Form. After completing the service at a campus unit, have the form stamped and submit it to the General Affairs Office. The service hours are credited at the rate of NT$100 for every 50 minutes of service, according to the regulations.

一、銷單期限：

當學年度11月前，應完成前一學年度前所有違規單銷單程序，畢業生則須於第一學期及第二學期(畢業當學期)第14週前完成所有違規單銷單程序。

以110學年度為例(畢業月份111年6月)：

1.非畢業生：110年11月30日前(繳費期限依當學期公告為準)，應以愛校服務或繳納違規處理費抵銷110年7月31日前違規紀錄。

2.畢業生：110年11月30日前(繳費期限依當學期公告為準)，應以愛校服務或繳納違規處理費抵銷110年7月31日前違規紀錄；110學年度第2學期(111/2~111/6)第14週前以愛校服務或繳納違規處理費抵銷當週以前之違規紀錄。

二、未於上開期限內完成，將依本校車輛違規處理要點規定將未抵銷之處理費金額換算為交通違規點數，依累計點數受懲戒處分。

2. Is there a deadline for clearing the violation handling fee? Will there be disciplinary action if not completed by the deadline?

1. Deadline for Clearing the Violation Handling Fee:

All violation records from the previous academic year must be cleared before November of the current academic year. For graduates, the clearing process must be completed by the 14th week of both the first and second semesters (in the semester of graduation).

For example, for the 2021 academic year (graduation month: June 2022):

Non-graduates: All violations up to July 31, 2021, must be cleared by November 30, 2021 (payment deadline as announced for the current semester) through either school service hours or payment of the violation handling fee.

Graduates: All violations up to July 31, 2021, must be cleared by November 30, 2021 (payment deadline as announced for the current semester) through either school service hours or payment of the violation handling fee; violations up to the 14th week of the second semester (February to June 2022) must also be cleared by school service hours or payment of the violation handling fee.

2. If the above deadlines are not met, any unpaid violation fees will be converted into traffic violation points based on the university's traffic violation handling guidelines, and disciplinary action will be taken according to the accumulated points.

承前一Q&A舉例，如未於110年11月底前未完成銷單：

1.累計處理費金額達600~1199元，換算為6點~11點，處分為申誡1次。

2.累計處理費金額達1200~2399元，換算為12~23點，為申誡2次。

3.累積金額達2400元~3999元，換算為24點~39點，處分為小過1次。

4.累積金額達4000元以上，換算為40點，處分為小過2次。

3. What are the standards for violation penalties?

Penalties are processed according to Appendices 1 and 2 of the university's Traffic Violation Handling Guidelines.

Continuing from the previous Q&A example, if the violation fee is not cleared by the end of November 2021:

If the total violation fee is between NT$600 and NT$1199, it will be converted to 6 to 11 points, with a penalty of 1 written warning.

If the total violation fee is between NT$1200 and NT$2399, it will be converted to 12 to 23 points, with a penalty of 2 written warnings.

If the total violation fee is between NT$2400 and NT$3999, it will be converted to 24 to 39 points, with a penalty of 1 minor disciplinary action.

If the total violation fee exceeds NT$4000, it will be converted to 40 points, with a penalty of 2 minor disciplinary actions.

畢業生未於畢業當學年度第2學期第14週前完成銷單者，將於該學期進行名單彙整並送交學務處辦理懲戒。

4. What is the deadline for clearing violation handling fees for graduating students? Will there be disciplinary action if the fee is not cleared?

If a graduating student fails to clear the violation handling fee by the 14th week of the second semester of the academic year of graduation, their name will be included in a list compiled at the end of the semester and submitted to the Office of Student Affairs for disciplinary processing.

5. What are the consequences of disciplinary action?

According to the Student Conduct and Evaluation Regulations, disciplinary actions will affect the student's conduct grade.

懲戒後，納入累計金額之違規處理費會銷單，不會累計至次一學年；未納入累計金額之餘數，於次一學年度併計辦理。

6. Will violation handling fees be cleared after disciplinary action?

After disciplinary action, the violation handling fees included in the accumulated amount will be cleared and will not be carried over to the next academic year. Any remaining balance not included in the accumulated amount will be processed and included in the next academic year's calculations.

違規處理費累計金額未達懲戒標準時，會累計至下學年。

例如109學年度有500元違規處理費未完成銷單程序，因未達最低懲戒標準，併入110學年度違規處理費，自500元開始累計。

7. If a violation does not meet the disciplinary standard, will the violation handling fee be carried over to the next academic year?

If the accumulated violation handling fee does not reach the disciplinary threshold, it will be carried over to the next academic year.

For example, if there is an unpaid violation handling fee of 500 NTD for the 109th academic year that does not meet the minimum disciplinary standard, it will be carried over to the 110th academic year and added to the violation handling fees for that year, starting from the 500 NTD.
