Q1： Notice and progress of payment about new recruits
A1：1. Open a new account：Please offer an account number of Taiwan Business Bank or Chunghwa Post Co.
2. Interest on savings deposits of certified staff (Free will)：Debit 10000 from teachers’ or school staff’s account and less than 5000 from janitors’ account at every month. And then save the money to another account. (You should open another account. Please see power of attorney about interest on savings deposits of civil.) Please download the form from the website of cashier division. Hand over the form to cashier division after finishing it.
3. Look up for payment：Look up on the website of cashier division’s inquiring system of cashier & payment. You should register at the first time. (Please key in your e-mail address when register. After that, you will receive e-mail as well as you get the payment. )
Q2： When can I get my monthly salary?
A2：1. For certified teachers and staff, it’s on the first day of the month. (No matter it’s legal holiday or not. )
2. For administrative assistant, it’s on the first day of the next month.
Q3：How to print out my certificate of income?
A3：Surf on the website of cashier division’s inquiring system of cashier & payment.

Q4：What should certified staff do if he wants to increase the number of dependents?
A4：According to Income Tax Act, all of the salary recipient should fill in “taxpayer dependents declarations” at your office. You can also key in on the inquiring system of cashier & payment and then hand in the paper with your sign to cashier division. If you do not fill in the declaration, cashier division will charge you 5％ tax according to the law.(If your income is above NT40,010.)
Q5：How to print out the taxpayer dependents declaration after finishing it?
A5：Click the toolbar on the webpage：tool / option of the internet / safety / customize class / download / Please re-enter the inquiring system of payment after all of options(among：typeface download & auto messaging download) were chosen.
Q6：What is the limit of Interest on savings deposits for public and teaching people?
A6：For teachers & staff it’s up to NT 10000 and NT5000 for janitors per month. The
total amount is up to 70 ten thousand dollars for teachers & staff and 35 ten thousand dollars for janitors. In accordance with the total amount, you will have interest of two-year certificate deposit interest according to Taiwan Business Bank (or Bank Of Taiwan). Beyond the limitation, you will only have interest following your savings account.
Q7：What should I do if I want to stop, alter or resume the debit about savings deposits for public and teaching people?
A7：Path：inquiring system of cashier & payment / form download / power of attorney about interest on savings deposits of civil Fill in the form with stop debiting or alter the amount of debit and then send it to cashier division on 〖10〗^th of the month.
Q8：What should the certified staff do if he doesn’t receive the e-mail of salary slip from cashier division?
A8：Please call for cashier division to conform your e-mail address.

Q9：What should I do if I want to return all/part of mortgage in advance?
A9：Please call for the bank which you applied for a loan yourself.
