【Q2】裝設時間大約多久?How long does the installation take?

提出申請後至裝設完成約需7個工作天。
It will take approximately 7 business days from the submission of the application to the completion of the installation.

【Q3】數位電話可以撥打的電話種類?What types of calls can be made with the digital phone?

座位數位話機預設可撥打「校內分機+手機+市話+國內長途電話」,CISCO JABBER預設可撥打「校內分機」。
如有其他權限需求請至【數位電話新增/異動申請單系統】申辦。

The digital desk phone is preset to make calls to 'internal extensions, mobile phones, landline phones, and domestic long-distance calls,

while CISCO JABBER is preset to make calls to 'internal extensions.'
For any additional permission requests, please submit an application through the [Digital Phone Add/Modify Application System].

【Q4】如何在請假期間轉接電話予代理人?How to forward calls to a delegate during the leave period?

1.設定轉接:不必拿起話筒→話機螢幕「全轉接」→輸入轉接分機→完成 (螢幕顯示****到****)
2.取消轉接:不必拿起話筒→按「轉播關閉」(設定成功時,話機顯示原分機號碼)
3.學校寒假、暑假及農曆年假期間電話可轉接至449125數位總機。

1. Set up call forwarding: No need to lift the handset → On the phone screen, select 'Call Forwarding' → Enter the forwarding extension → Complete (the screen will display **** to ****).
2. Cancel call forwarding: No need to lift the handset → Press 'Forwarding Off' (when the setting is successful, the phone will display the original extension number).
3. During the school's winter break, summer break, and Lunar New Year holidays, calls can be forwarded to the digital switchboard at extension 449125.
